Acceptable Forms of Identification
All guests who appear to be forty (40) years of age or younger will be required to show positive and current proof of age prior to being served alcoholic beverages.
Acceptable forms of valid photo identification are: State Issued Driver's Licenses and State Issued I.D. Cards.
Guests may purchase up to 2 alcoholic beverages at a time. Alcohol sales will end at the start of the 4th quarter for all NDSU Football games. Alcohol service may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of management.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating for persons with limited mobility vary by event layout, however there are specific areas designed to accommodate those with limited mobility. Please refer to our seating charts for limited mobility locations for each show.
ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
FARGODOME is designed with accessible parking, accessible vehicle drop off areas, power-assisted doors, restrooms, concessions, water fountains, ATMs, seating areas, and assisted listening devices.

Alcohol Policy
You must be twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase all alcohol products. FARGODOME will not serve alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Alcohol sales and policies may vary for special events.
Arena Tours
Assistive Listening Devises (ALD)
Assistive Listening Devices are available at Guest Services located in section 1 of the main concourse.
ATMs
There are three Gate City Bank ATM machines located throughout FARGODOME. One ATM is in the lobby and two are located around the concourse.
Automobile Assistance
Bags, Backpacks, and Purses
FARGODOME encourages guests not to bring bags to events.
All bags are subject to search. Bags/Purses and other carrying devices larger than 13”x13” will not be permitted unless medically necessary. This policy is designed to provide a safe environment for guests and to expedite entry into the facility.
Bags that are not allowed will not be stored within the building, and must be taken back to a vehicle or other arrangements made. FARGODOME will not be responsible for storing any bag that is prohibited.
Oversized bags (diaper bags/medical bags) that are allowed in for necessity will be thoroughly screened and identified with a colored band, which must remain on the bag in plain view throughout the event.

Balloons
Balloons are prohibited within FARGODOME.
Banners and Signs
Banners/signs are welcome inside the meeting rooms and in some instances the arena. To ensure that these articles do not distract from the enjoyment of other fans, FARGODOME requests that guests adhere to the following guidelines:
Banners/signs should in no way infringe on the sightlines of other FARGODOME guests. Banners/signs may not be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by FARGODOME staff. Confiscated banners or signage will not be stored or returned to the owner if confiscated by FARGODOME personnel. Signs must not utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. Banners/signs must be affixed by using mat tape. Permission must be obtained from FARGODOME prior to hanging any banner/sign and FARGODOME reserves the right to remove any banner/sign.
Binoculars
Binoculars are permitted inside the arena. Binocular cases will be subject to search upon entry.
Bottles and Cans
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside beverages or food into FARGODOME, unless deemed for medical purposes. Any beverage container must be clear, empty, and plastic before being allowed inside the building.
Box Office Hours
FARGODOME Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm. FARGODOME Box office is also open on event days. Tickets may be purchased at Ticketmaster.com (show dependent). For more information, please visit our Ticket Office page.
Cameras and Video Equipment
Still cameras and video cameras are permitted into FARGODOME on an event by event basis. Any camera, video or otherwise, not permitted into the building will have to be returned to a vehicle or other arrangements made. FARGODOME will not be responsible for storing or securing prohibited items.
Carry-In Items
See bags, backpacks, and purses AND metal detectors.
Conceal & Carry (Firearms)
Weapons and conceal & carry firearms of all kinds are NOT permitted inside FARGODOME with the exception of Law Enforcement officials whom are in uniform and are working the event.

Credit Card Policy
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit/debit cards are accepted at our box office and concession stands. Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also accepted at all concession stands.
Diaper Changing Stations
Diaper changing stations are located in all the women's restrooms within the arena. In addition, a family restroom is available on the 2nd floor of the building. Please ask event staff for assistance locating the nearest available area.

Donation Requests
Drones / Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)
The operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at FARGODOME is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management for the safety of our guests and visitors. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Elevator / Escalators
There is one elevator inside FARGODOME, located on the east side of the building in our lobby. Two escalators are also located in the lobby. These are used to access the 2nd floor of the building as well as the lower level. There is no concourse access.

Entrances
There are four different entrances into FARGODOME. The main entrance is on the east side of the building and gives guests access to our Box Office and Administration Offices. The other three entrances used on an event basis are on the north, west, and south sides of the building.

Fargodome.com is the official website for FARGODOME. Here you will find upcoming events, booking information, directions, and much more.
Family Restroom
Family restrooms are reserved for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. This restroom is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Please ask event staff for assistance locating the nearest available area.
First Aid Station
The Medical/First Aid Office is located on the east concourse near sections 33/34.
Food & Beverage Policies
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into FARGODOME. Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles, and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests.
Any beverage container must be plastic, clear, and empty before being allowed into the building.
Gift Certificates
FARGODOME gift certificates can be purchased at the FARGODOME Box Office.

Host Your Event
Hotels / Motels
Information regarding Fargo overnight accomodations can be found by visiting the Official Tourism Website of Fargo at www.fargomoorhead.org.
Housekeeping
Guests may contact the nearest event staff or guest services employee if there is a spill or housekeeping concern during an event.
Item Check
FARGODOME encourages guests to be familiar with our permitted and prohibited item list before attending an event. We do not offer an item check and ask that these items be left at home or in your vehicle before entering the arena.
Lactation Suite / Mother's Room
FARGODOME has a Mother’s Room available for use, located on the 2nd floor of the building. We also have a Mamava Lactation Pod for use in the lobby located next to the escalators. Please ask event staff for assistance locating the nearest available area.
If you have a portable electric breast pump, we do permit larger bags for the use of medical supplies. If you have this type of bag, please alert our event staff upon walking through the metal detectors (as they will otherwise advise you to return it to your vehicle) and then they will screen it at the gates. We do not offer refrigeration in this room.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located in the administrative office which is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Lost & found items can be turned in at the Guest Services desk or turned over to any of our event staff during an event. To submit a lost claim, please see Lost & Found.
FARGODOME cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items including but not limited to any unattended property or equipment.
Lost Children & Persons
Should someone you know become missing, contact the nearest FARGODOME staff member. FARGODOME staff will work closely with FPD and FARGODOME Security to help locate any missing individual(s). Parents may also register their child for the Tag-A-Tot Program upon arrival at the building.
Metal Detectors
For the safety of everyone at FARGODOME, all persons entering the stadium will walk through a metal detector and have their bag searched or be screened with hand-held metal detectors to search for prohibited items.
Tips for expediting the entry process at FARGODOME:
- Arrive early
- Leave all non-essential items at home or in your vehicle
- See Prohibited Items before arriving at the venue
- NOT required to remove phones, keys, belts, wallets, coins, jackets, shoes, watches or jewelry
For those with a mobility device or those unable to enter the walk-through metal detectors, an accessible entrance will be available where a hand-held metal detection wand will be used.
Fans that do not submit to a reasonable search will be denied admission into the facility.

Parking
Police & Security
For the safety and convenience of all FARGODOME guests, police and official security personnel are stationed throughout the stadium at most events. In the event of an emergency, guests should notify the nearest event staff or visit the Guest Services desk.
Prohibited Items
- Bags larger than 13" x 13"
- Weapons of any kind including guns, knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spikes, etc.
- Laptops, iPads, cameras with detachable lenses
- Food or beverage
- Cans, glass bottles, coolers or similar containers
- Air horns, noise makers, balloons or inflatable items
- Selfie sticks or laster pointers
- Pets (other than service animals)
- Recording devices (including video, audio & GoPros)
- Masks (defined as forms of disguise or concealment in front of the face to hide the identity of the person)
- ANY other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by building personnel, in their sole discretion. FARGODOME also reserves the right to change or alter venue policies without prior notification in the interest of public safety.
Prohibited items cannot be stored or held at the entrance points or Guest Services.
**Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
Re-Entry Policy
FARGODOME has a no re-entry policy for most events. Once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
However, in the event of an emergency, guests should contact the nearest Event Services employee, who may permit a guest to re-enter FARGODOME at the same point of entrance.
Resale of Tickets / Scalping
Fans that purchase tickets from someone other than through the FARGODOME Box Office or Ticketmaster do so at their own risk and with the understanding that the tickets could be counterfeit. FARGODOME is not respoinsible for, and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.
Refunds
FARGODOME cannot refund the cost of any previously purchased tickets.
Rent a Suite
Security Policy
FARGODOME creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. The venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of metal detectors, the search of jackets, clothing and other items.

SEE Something, SAY Something
If you See Something, Say Something! Text FARGO to 69050 during an event to report stadium issues, incidents or suspicious activity or see the nearest event staff or security team member.

Service Animals
FARGODOME welcomes certified service animals and service animals-in-training. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. All other animals or pets are prohibited.
Signs / Posters
Signs are not allowed into the building for most events as they are seating and viewing obstructions for those around.
Smoking Policy
There is a designated smoking area for most of our events. This location will be determined on an event by event basis. Please look for signage pointing to this area or ask event staff.
Social Media
Solicitation / Sampling / Peddling
FARGODOME does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other promotional/advertising materials on the premises unless approved in advance by management.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed inside the arena on an event by event basis and will be subject to search. Please email us at dome.info@fargodome.com or call our front desk at (701) 241-9100 to check which events strollers will be permitted at.

Tag-A-Tot
Tailgating
Taxis / Transportation Services / Ride Share
Buses, limos, Uber, Lyft and any other transportation services are required to drop off and pick up guests on the west side of Albrecht Blvd. View a list of recommended transportation companies.
Ticket Resale
Ticketmaster is the authorized ticketing agent of FARGODOME. If you purchase resale tickets from an unauthorized agent (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc.) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
Wheelchairs
FARGODOME has wheelchairs available for use during all events. They are available at the Guest Services desk located in section 1. A driver’s license or photo ID is needed for use. Please note, quantities are limited and will be used on a first come first served basis.
Will Call
Will call is located at the main box office on the east side of the building. During events, pre-purchased tickets through Ticketmaster may be picked up at a designated FARGODOME Box Office window. Customers must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to receive them.
